You book through the website, sign in to confirm, and pay the therapist in cash when she arrives. No platform card processing, no contact-sharing, Ploy is on the loop the whole way.

The booking flow, end to end

  1. Browse therapists by area

    Open the directory at /therapists. Each profile shows the therapist's name, the services she offers, durations and prices, sample reviews, and the area she covers (Jomtien, Pratumnak, Central Pattaya, Naklua). Every profile carries the identity-verified mark — passport-checked before publishing.

  2. Reserve a session

    Tap Reserve on a profile. Pick a service, a half-hour time slot in Bangkok local time, and the place she should come to (search Google for your hotel — no need to type the full address). All in one short form.

  3. Sign in to confirm

    Sign in with LINE so Ploy can message you directly when the therapist accepts, or use a magic-link email. Either way, no password. Your phone number is held privately and only released to the therapist after she accepts your booking.

  4. Therapist accepts and you get a confirmation

    Most bookings are accepted within minutes. You'll see a confirmation page with a reference code, and an email with the time, service, and price. The therapist sees the exact location only after she accepts — never before.

  5. She arrives and you pay cash

    She arrives at your hotel within the agreed window and you pay her directly in Thai baht when she gets there. No card processing on the platform, no commission held back from you up front. If anything is off — before, during, or after — message Ploy on LINE and she mediates.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of massage is this?
Therapeutic Thai massage. Working hands, body alignment, pain relief, deep relaxation. This is not an adult-services platform. Every therapist agrees to a non-adult, no-contact-sharing policy when she joins; Ploy ends accounts that violate either.
How is identity verification done?
Each therapist completes Stripe Identity verification with her Thai national ID or passport before her profile is published. We keep a copy on file for dispute mediation. Clients see the verification mark on every profile and on the directory.
How do I pay?
Cash in Thai baht, paid directly to the therapist when she arrives at your hotel. No card processing on the platform. No deposits. The price you see on the profile is the price you pay her — there's no hidden commission added at booking time.
What if I need to cancel?
If your booking hasn't been accepted yet, you can let Ploy know via LINE and she'll cancel for you. If it's already accepted, message Ploy as soon as possible — within four hours of the appointment, please be considerate of the therapist's time. Self-cancel from the dashboard is coming soon.
What areas do you cover?
Pattaya City and the surrounding districts: Jomtien, Pratumnak, Central Pattaya, and Naklua. If your hotel is outside the standard zones, message Ploy and she'll check availability. Bang Saray and far-Naklua are case-by-case.
